Who can use it
- You must be 18 or older and able to agree to these terms under Indian law.
- Use the app for your own money or your household's, with data you are entitled to use.
- One login is one set of books; keep your details correct and up to date.
Your account
- Keep your password and your authenticator device safe; you are responsible for what is done with your login.
- Tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.
- We may ask you to confirm who you are before changing important details or deleting an account on your behalf.
Fair use
- Don't try to break, overload or get around the app's security, or reach other people's data.
- Don't upload anything unlawful, harmful or that you have no right to share.
- We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, after telling you why wherever we can.
Your data
Your data stays yours. You let us store and process it only to run the app for you, as the Privacy notice explains. You can download it or delete your account at any time.
Fees
- Lingsaa Money is free during early access.
- If paid plans are introduced, their prices and what they include will be published at least 30 days before they start.
- Nothing will be charged unless you choose a paid plan yourself; the Refund & cancellation policy will apply to any payment.
Tax figures and advice
The app prepares figures from what you import and type in. They are not tax, legal or investment advice, and the app does not file your return. Check the figures with your documents — and a professional where needed — before you rely on them. The Disclaimer has the details.
Other services
Some features use outside services (for example PAN and bank account checks, the IFSC directory and Google sign-in). They are used only when you use the feature, and their own terms also apply to them.
Availability, changes and liability
- We work to keep the app correct and available, but it is provided as it is and can have errors or interruptions.
- We may change or remove features; if a change affects you materially we will tell you first.
- To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for a decision made only on the app's figures.
Ending your use
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend an account that breaks these terms. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the last change, and we will tell you of important changes.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please raise any complaint with us first — see the Grievance redressal page. Disputes are subject to the courts at the place of our registered office (No. 12, Sample Street, T. Nagar, Chennai – 600017, Tamil Nadu, India).
